Justin Bieber Never Say Never Review ~ For the Fans

If your a fan of Justin Bieber, then you will enjoy this, if not, skip it. Never Say Never is basically fall service for Justin Bieber's fan base. As a stand alone concert documentary, it's nothing new or interesting.

Never Say Never has home video clips from Justin Bieber's Childhood, interviews with people around him, concert footage (which is the only part of the film in 3D, which is kinda a rip off if you pay for the 3D show as only 20% of the film is 3D) and lots of screaming girls. Of course you will be treated to random stuff like Justin Biebers hair flip and chilling behind stage.

Overall, its not a bad concert movie, it just feels like it was kinda put together fast to steal money from the parents of young screaming Justin Bieber fan girls. In otherwords, if you hate justin Bieber, then this will be the worst concert movie you have seen, but if you love him, then well, you get the point.

The Eagle ~ A Pretty Good Action Adventure Ride

While when the Eagle brings nothing new or note worthy, it still holds up as a entertaining action adventure medieval movie that has a good script, some pretty good acting and overall a pretty well tie story.

The movie takes place when Rome was on conquest and taking lands. If you have seen the trailer, I then you already know most of the plot. 20 years ago, Marcus's dad lost 5000 man and the Eagle, a symbol of the Romes pride. After being dismiss from command from being hurt (to save his men) he goes on a quest with a slave he saves to find the Eagle.

Along the way, he learns about honer and freedom, and meets some interesting characters. The cinematographic is what you would expect of a epic wildness location. You have cool forests, a crazy river and some cool mountains.

The editing of the film is pretty well done to, it moves at a good pace and always keeps the film moving. Overall, if your in the mood for some good action adventure, and don't want to see Justin Bieber, then the Eagle will be your movie.

Ipad 3, Coming This Fall?

I know, I know, Ipad 2 hasn't even been announced, but there is a new rumor on the web that Apple will be releasing Ipad 3 this fall, very shorty after ipad two. Now, I don't think Apple would do this kind of move, cause it doesn't really make any sense. Plus it would piss off Ipad two users if they would to release a new one six months right after ipad two.

But according to TechChurch they believe it's coming,

"We’ve now heard that this “fall surprise” is related to this would-be iPad 3. We don’t have any more concrete information beyond that. But, as of right now, the plan is apparently to release one iteration of the iPad in the next few weeks. And then blow the doors open with another new version in the fall."

As you can already guess, this rumor is causing concern for people waiting to buy Ipad two, and is making them wonder if they should wait even longer for ipad 3. But the fall is when Apple updates its ipod line, so it would be kinda intense if they updated both of those products at the same time.

Plus we don't even know what Ipad Two is going to bring yet, I think people may be getting to excited over these early launch rumors. I would say wait till Ipad Two comes out until you start freaking out about Ipad Three!

2011 Macbook Pros are near

The internet is a buzz with high hopes for the new Macbook Pros. Current supply's of the Macbook Pro are low, which could hint that Apple is getting ready to launch their new models. If Intel is able to ship their fixed Sandy Bridge chips to Apple by the end of the month, we can expect a update near the end of February or March.  If your planning on buying a Macbook Pro or a imac, I would recommend waiting if you can in case the updates bring some cool things.

Sanctum ~ Cool 3D and cave shots won't make up for its uninspired story

I wondered why James Cameron put his name on this project, maybe he justed to test his 3D tech some more. Because its not in the same boat that Titanic and Avatar where.

First off, Sanctum does have some great cinematography and uses its 3D pretty well. There are some really cool caves shots, and one of my fave scenes is where the camera follows a cave explorer as he climbs up this chamber with water splashing in. It's pretty cool.

But when the camera isn't showing you cool 3D or cool cave shots, is when it gets bad. The script in this movie is pretty boring and blend, and I really think the concept worked better as a horror movie. (The Decent)

The characters are flat, and there isn't really anything to engaging going on. Their just trying to escape from this cave, and that's basically it. I think James Cameron was in charged of the 3D and not any of the script or directing. Which is to bad cause it will put a bad impression on James Cameron as most people think that he made it.

Anyway, its pretty entertaining just for the cool cave shots and some impressive 3D, but as far as story telling goes, don't expect much.

The Roommate Review ~ Its not as bad as everyone makes it out to be

Once again a movie that is hated on Rotten Tomatoes is really not all that bad. The Roommate does have its flaws, but its a pretty entertaing thriller which will keep your interest until the end..

One thing that did disappointed however is that the Crazy Roomate never gets a backstory. It's never really fully explained why she is crazy or what her past was like, which is to bad.

The script in this movie is allright, but it does have those "Don't you see the warning signs?" moments where Sarah (our main character) always decides to stick with Rebecca her crazy room after a crazy event or something happens.

Another thing that shocked me is that the kill count is quite low to. Only one person dies in the whole film. Watching the trailer I thought like 5 people die, but this doesn't really impact the film all to much.

The tension scenes are pretty well done, their predictable, but not always to predictable. If your expecting a horror film, well you won't find it here. But the Roommate does offer a good time at the movies and may fill your horror gut until a real horror movie arrives.

Verzion Iphone pre orders sell out

That's right, it took less then 24 hours for the Verizon Iphone preorders to run out. Apple or Verizon won't give out numbers, so it is unbeknown if that the demand is really high or if apple is only making a few and trying to hype up the iphone lunch.

But it's pretty clear that Verizon customers are excited to get their hands on the device. We won't know how many people will drop Atat until the Verzion Iphone lunchs for everyone on the 9th, but it will be exciting.
